Note:Instead of posting an exhaustive comparison of the two, this will be the first post in a series to look at, what distinguishes them apart, and why you would be better off, either in certain situations.
Both Joomla and WordPress are industry-leading open source publishing platforms for people without knowledge of HTML to blogs to create and publish a page on your site make fast and easy.
